The Plague! Anchorage has been overwhelmed with what the City Council refers to as "high-density, vertical housing!" Well, these three developments in our neighborhood, one brand new, two a few years old, have totally transformed how we live in our little area of time. Vehicle traffic has skyrocketed and getting worse each year. Maybe $7.00 a gallon gas will have an impact... one can only hope!
